At the Early Childhood Centre of Les Mirabelles, Tamarin, we have found a means of introducing moringa greens in the children’s diet. The greens were grilled, grinded and spread on children’s food. Moringa greens have a lot of virtues and without them feeling the somewhat weird taste they are not used to in their mouths, the children are having it nearly every week. This is a good way to preserve it as well as it is seasonal.
